Amanda Kay Boyd, 64 of Tylertown, MS passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023 at the Walthall County General Hospital in Tylertown, MS. She was born Wednesday, November 11, 1959 in Tylertown, MS.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 4:00 PM at Boyd Cemetery in Salem, MS. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A special message to Meme from Maddie:  The times I shared with you will always be cherished. I'm so grateful that I had you in my life to love and care for me the way you did. Nothing you did went unnoticed. I appreciate everything from the bottom of my heart. You were the most generous person I've ever met. I love you with everything in me. Thank you for everything you've done for me. I'll never forget you and everything you've done. Heaven truly gained an angel. I love you.

She was preceded in death by her husband Glyn Parker Boyd; father George Ben Ratcliff; and mother Nell Thornhill Ratcliff.

Survivors include her son Erik Parker Boyd; stepson Tony Glyn Boyd; grandchildren Brandon Lee Boyd, Morgan Alford Meyers (Andrew), Lexie Victoria Lucas, Madison Hill, Erika Kalyn Boyd, Gracie Kate Boyd and Parker Slade Boyd; brother John Michael Eaton (Blanche); great grandchild Remington Wayne Boyd; nephews Michael Shaine Eaton; along with a host of loving family and friends.
