Arleen F. Pigott, 86 of Tylertown, MS passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022 at The Oaks at Braselton in Hoschton, GA. She was born Sunday, May 31, 1936 in Tylertown, MS.

Services will be held on a later date. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Pigott was a longtime, active, and faithful member of Tylertown Baptist Church. Mrs. Arleen was also an avid gardener.

She was preceded in death by her son Terry Pigott; father Tellie Fortenberry; mother Lela Fortenberry; brother Louie Fortenberry; sisters Joan Owens and Marilyn Stinson.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years Charles Pigott of Tylertown, MS; daughter Robin Helmstalter (William) of Braselton, GA; granddaughter Madeline Helmstalter of London, England; brother Billy Don Fortenberry (Judy) of Jackson, MS; sister Bonnie Grubbs of Tylertown, MS; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.
