Funeral services for Bettye B. Leeper, 83, of Jayess, MS will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Hartman-Hughes Chapel with Rev. David Heddon officiating. Burial will be in the Enon Cemetery.

Mrs. Leeper passed away at Southwest MS Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi on Thursday, July 25, 2019. She was born March 26, 1936 in Walthall County, Mississippi to the late Sallie and Leon Boyd. She is also preceded in death by her husband Ronald T. Leeper; two brothers; step daughter; step granddaughter; and step grandson.

Bettye was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She loved working in her yard and spending time with family.

Mrs. Leeper is survived by four nieces, friends, and family.

Pallbearers are Jerry Boyd, Terry Boyd, Ronnie Campbell, Milton Dunaway, Calvin McEwen, and Jimmy Price.

Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Chapel on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 from 2:30 PM until service time at 3:00 PM.
