Funeral services for Billie Jean Ratliff, 86, of Tylertown, MS will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Anderson officiating.

Mrs. Ratliff passed away in Monticello, Mississippi on Thursday, January 28, 2021. She was born June 21, 1934 in Lawrence County, Mississippi to the late Ida and Andrew Nations. She is also preceded in death by her husband Wilson Ratliff, sister Mildred Roberts, half-sister Aileen Alford, and brother A.P. Nations.

Mrs. Billie attended New Bethel Jesus Name Church in her younger years and then attended Dinan Baptist Church later on. She enjoyed circle word puzzles, doing yardwork, but most of all she loved spending time with family.

Survivors include her son Darrel Ratliff; son of the heart William (Samantha) Dunaway; grandchildren Kayleanna (Caleb) Sanderson, Lydia Dunaway, and Gentsyn Dunaway, cousins Joan Thornhill, Ola Mae Johnson, Artilia Wallace, sister-in-laws Elizabeth Nations, Peggy Ratliff, and Bettie Ratliff, brother-in-law Ira Ratliff; along with numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Chapel on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 11:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM.
