Graveside services for Brenda Lee Blackwell, 75, of Tylertown, MS will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 9, 2019 at New Zion Cemetery with Brother Dan Perry officiating.

Mrs. Blackwell passed away at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on Sunday, August 4, 2019. She was born August 17, 1943 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Alfreda Fontenot and Vernon Graham. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Ramon Blackwell; son Bill Blackwell; brothers Joe Fontenot and Gary Graham; and sister Marie Fontenot.

Brenda was a member of New Zion Baptist Church. She loved the beach and her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter Missy Gamber; grandchildren Taryn Lema and Jackson Gamber; brothers Tim Fontenot and Louie Fontenot; sister Regina Roeder; Step- mother Aurora Graham; fiancé Don Johnson; and a host of friends and loving family.
