Memorial services for Brenda Joyce Johnson, 74, of Tylertown, MS will be held at New Bethel Primitive Baptist Church at a later date with Elder Mickey Myers officiating.

Mrs. Johnson passed away at Walthall General Hospital in Tylertown, MS on Monday, October 19, 2020. She was born November 15, 1945 in Magnolia, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Samuel Louis Johnson; son Benjamin Johnson; and mother Clara Hope Phelps.

Mrs. Johnson was a long-time member of New Bethel Primitive Baptist Church. She loved camping with her husband, watching cooking shows, and collecting recipe books.

Survivors include her children Warren (Rebecca) Johnson and Holly (Shane) McKenzie; grandchildren Mark McKenzie and Mason McKenzie; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.
