Briggs Alan Roberts passed away peacefully in his parent's arms at his home in Jayess on July 13, 2023. Briggs was born July 11, 2023 at UMMC in Jackson, Mississippi.

Briggs' family were blessed with almost 48 hours with him. Briggs experienced being held by his mommy and daddy, hugs and kisses from his family, and being told "I love you" a countless number of times.

He is survived by his parents Weston Alan and Hope Ryals Roberts; brother Keaton Keith Roberts; sister Blakely Layne Roberts; maternal grandparents Bill and Niki Ryals; paternal grandparents Alan Dale and Julie Roberts; maternal great grandparents Albert William Ryals, Robert Stallings, Loretta Stallings and paternal great grandfather Ronnie Cothern; uncles and aunts Blake and Misty Ryals, Billy and Amber Ryals Carpenter; Tyler and Jessica Ryals Bacot, Nic and Charity Roberts Bekkers, Chance and Karly Roberts, and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother Margaret Miller Ryals, paternal great grandparents Jane Cothern and Toney and Bobbye Roberts.

A private family graveside service was held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Enon Cemetery with Brother David Parker officiating.

Pallbearers were Blake Ryals and Chance Roberts.
