Carolyn D. Robertson, aged 75, passed away at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on August 24, 2024.

Carolyn was born to the late Leo and Laura Lee (Beard) Dixon. She was a life long resident of Walthall County. Carolyn attended Salem Attendance Center and was an asset and  skilled basketball player for her school. Carolyn had many hobbies and was an extremely talented painter. She also enjoyed making jewelry, shopping, restoring antique furniture and spending time with her family. Carolyn worked various jobs throughout the years while raising her children. She always had a smile and kind word for everyone she met. She will be missed by many.

Carolyn is predeceased by not only her parents but, also, her loving and devoted husband, Donald P. Robertson. Left behind to cherish her memory are her 3 children and their families. Her oldest son, Christopher Robertson and his wife Michelle. Her youngest son, Stephen Robertson and her step-daughter, Donna (John) Dyess. Two grandsons; Brandon and Jayce Robertson. Two brothers; Jewell Dixon and his wife, Teresa and Michael Dixon.

Visitation will be held at Capps Funeral Home on Wednesday, Septemberr 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 with a graveside service following at 11:15 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 270 Old Hwy 98 East, Tylertown, MS 39667. Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
