Cassandra "Sandy" Elizabeth Duncan

March 31, 1959- September 7, 2025

Cassandra Elizabeth Duncan, 66 of Tylertown, MS passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025. She was born Tuesday, March 31, 1959 to the late Archie Ray Mitchell and Gloria Merle Fortinberry.

Visitation will be held at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home, 412 Beulah Ave., Tylertown, Mississippi on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 1:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Duncan Family Cemetery. Bro. Randall Griffin will officiate. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Sandy enjoyed doing art, making crafts, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her daughters, Sarah Beth Sandifer (Jacob) and Alexandria Duncan;    grandchildren, Makenzie Davis, Aubrianna Alphonse, Abigail Alphonse, and Veyda Sandifer; ex-husband Ronnie Duncan;  brothers, Mac Mitchell and Greg Mitchell (Joni); sister, Tanya Poiroux; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family .

Pallbearers will be Alan Bridevaux, Ron Rushing, Tommy Rawls, Blake Bridevaux, Seth Touchstone, and Jacob Sandifer.
