Funeral services for Mrs. Charlene Mirgon, 85, of Jayess, MS will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Sartinville United Methodist Church in Sartinville, MS with Bro. Gary Harper officiating.  Burial will be in the Sartinville Cemetery.

Mrs. Mirgon passed away at Aston Court, in McComb, MS on Thursday, December 27, 2018. She was born November 24, 1933 in Marmaduke, AR to the late Oscar and Lillie Pearl Letson. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her nine brothers and sisters, and the father of her children Melvin Hodges Sr.

Charlene always welcomed visitors for a great homecooked meal. She loved to read and always took care of lost animals.

Survivors include her husband Roger Wayne Mirgon; children Melvin Hodges Jr., Melonie Mitchell, and Brad Hodges; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and loving family.

Visitation will be at Sartinville United Methodist Church in Sartinville, MS on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 9:30 A.M. until service time at 10:30 A.M.
