Obituary

A private family service will be held for Ann Magee. Ms. Magee went home to be with the Lord on July 2020 at her home in Carrollton, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Elizabeth Terrell.

Ms. Magee was born on May 24 th 1940 in Magnolia, MS, and lived in the Magnolia and Tylertown area for over 60 years. She was a graduate of the Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS with a double Major; BS of Science Degree in Psychology and Biology, with a teacher's license. She was the administrator of two extended living facilities; prior to that she spent over twenty years working in the field of Social Services helping people with addiction and mental health issues. She was the first woman ever elected to the School Board of Walthall Academy at the age of 41 serving as the Secretary-Treasurer. Ms. Magee was an avid student of the Bible and outspoken believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her children: Carla Bracey and husband Derek, Chuck Magee and wife Lindey, Mark Magee, Cliff Magee and wife Amber, Clay Magee and wife Mandy; Brother Jack Terrell, Sister Mary Nell Beard; Grandchildren: Dylan Bracey and wife Christa, Samantha Magee, Heather Coker and husband Tyler, Bennett Magee, Pailyn Magee, Cliff Magee, Liam Magee and Foster Magee; Great-grandchildren Tobias and Daxton Bracey and Elsie and Easton Coker.

Pallbearers are Chuck Magee, Mark Magee, Cliff Magee Sr., Clay Magee, Cliff Magee Jr., and Dylan Bracey.
