Danny Preston Brown, Jr., 45 of Tylertown, MS passed away Monday, November 4, 2024. He was born Sunday, February 25, 1979 in McComb, MS to Danny Preston Brown, Sr. and Avis Marie King.

A memorial service will be held for Danny at Hartman Hughes Funeral Home, 412 Beulah Ave., Tylertown, MS 39667, on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Richard Magee  officiating. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Little Danny as he was known by family was an avid fisherman who also loved hunting, riding his Harley Davidson, reading his Charles Stanley bible, and spending time with family and friends. He had a loving kind heart and always lending a helping hand to his neighbor and friend Shirley and also Renee. He loved animals especially of the K-9 variety including his sidekick Bushwick Bill who generally never left his side.

Survivors include his son, Dylon Matthew Brown;  daughter, Erika Rose Brown;  father, Danny Preston Brown, Sr. (Myrtle Duncan);  mother, Avis Marie Woodall King (Robert Lee);  grandchild, Dakoda Mead;  sister, Jamie Lynn Brown (Stacey Lee Rayburn);  nephews, Tucker Morris, Ethan Johnson and Braiden Boyd;  nieces, Issabella Boyd and Chloee Rayburn;  aunts, Lurlene Payne (Joe Irby) and Peggy Hamilton;  uncle, Ottis Brown;  cousins, Roger Payne, Rodney Payne, Randy Payne, Heath Brown, Chatell Leggett, Mrinda Tyo, and Jeff Barnes;  and friend Kelley Harvey; wife Wendy Lynn Brown; along with friends and loving family.
