Funeral services for David Wayne Sandifer, 63, of Jayess, Mississippi will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home with Reverend Mike Alexander officiating. Burial will be in the Enon Cemetery.

Mr. Sandifer passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2021. He was born June 21, 1958 in Greenville, Mississippi to the late Vance and Dorothy Sandifer. Along with his parents he was also preceded in death by his sister Debbie Boyd and brother Darryl Sandifer.

David was a devoted son and father. He loved watching NASCAR, the Dallas Cowboys, and was an avid movie watcher. Mr. David had lived and traveled the U.S. in his life but loved coming home to live and be close to his family.

Survivors include his children Eric Sandifer, Adam Wayne Sandifer, and Emma Sandifer; grandchildren Easton Sandifer, Gracelynn Sandifer, Jaelynn Sandifer, and Rhylie Sandifer; sisters Diana Sandifer and Donna (Mike) Davidson; brother Scott (Christina) Martin; nieces Carley (Joshua) Bommer and Tiffany Mabry; along with a host of friends and loving family.

Pallbearers are Marty Mabry, Scott Martin, Phillip Coon, Keith Howell, Robert Howell, and Benny Coon

Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 2:00 PM until service at 3:00 PM.
