Diana Lou Holmes

December 27, 1946 – August 10, 2024

Diana Lou Holmes, 77 of Tylertown, MS passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the Forrest General Hospital. She was born Friday, December 27, 1946 in McComb, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her father Richard W Smith; mother Mary Louise Murrell Smith;  sister Linda Weiss.

Visitation will be held at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home, 412 Beulah Ave., Tylertown, Mississippi on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and then again Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 2:00 PM until service time at 3:00. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Diana enjoyed working in her garden, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband Gary L Holmes, Sr;  sons Gary L Holmes, Jr, Rusty W Holmes (Kristine), Richard Dana Holmes and Brad Dustin Holmes (Lacey);  grandchildren Brad Dustin Holmes, Jr, Brody Lee Holmes and Chris Holmes;  sisters Peggy Allen (Loyd) and Betty Brumfield; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.
