Obituary

Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Dillon, 77, of Tylertown, will be held at 11 A.M on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Capps Funeal Home with the Bro. Glen Nace and Mack McElveen officiating.  Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Dillon passed away at Diversicare in Tylertown, MS on Tuesday, July 10, 2018.  Doris was born March 16, 1941 in Mississippi. She is preceded in death by her parents Harvey Dwight Dickerson and Gladys May Stinson; husband Ottis Ansel Dillon; brother Sidney Dickerson; and step-daughters Cynthia Spears and Betty Regan.

Doris was a member of Star Hill Missionary Baptist Church but attended Kokomo Baptist with family. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and taking care of her family.

She is survived by sons Ted (Ramona) Dillon and Tony (Tish) Dillon; daughter Faye (Carl) Fornea; step-sons Michael Dillon and Richard (Angie) Dillon; step-daughter Margaret (Jack) Underwood; aunt Evelyn Bigner; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her Diversicare family.

Pallbearers are Conner Vandan, Bobby Ellzey, Jessie Johnson, Troy Barber Jr., Darrin Graham, And Jonathan Fornea.

Visitation will be at Capps Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.and Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. until service time there at 11:00 A.M.
