Funeral services for Elaine Blanco, 82, of Tylertown, Mississippi will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Carson Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Carl Dickens officiating. Burial will be at Carson Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Blanco passed away at Billdora Senior Care on Thursday, October 10, 2019. She was born June 26, 1937 to the late Cora and Bill Fortenberry. She was also preceded in death by her husband Murdis Blanco, her two daughters Teresa Penton and Sherrie Brewer; son Jasper Davis, sister Charlene Dier; and two brothers Ed Fortenberry and Ralph Craft.

Mrs. Elaine was a member of Carson Springs Baptist Church. She enjoyed working with her flowers and cleaning the house. Mrs. Blanco also enjoyed spending time with her family and was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her five sons Sandy Fortenberry, Randy (Wendy) Davis, James (Stacey) Davis, Paul Blanco, and Morris Blanco; three daughters Renae (Gary) Lee, Ramona (Jimmy) Holmes, and Janet Stuart; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.

Pallbearers are Chris Lungrin, Zaiden Lungrin, Dale Stogner, J. R. Warren, Johnathan Davis, and Ethan Davis.

Visitation will be at Carson Springs Baptist Church on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
