Obituary

Funeral services for Mr. Etienne Joseph "Ace" Alleno, Jr., 81, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from the Capps Funeral Home Chapel.  Mr. Alleno died at the Billdora Senior Care Center in Tylertown on Monday, May 28, 2018.

He was born November 16, 1936 in New Orleans, Louisiana, the son of the late Etienne Alleno, Sr. and Electa Ann Arceneaux Alleno.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Pizani Alleno; one son, Brian Alleno; one granddaughter, Jennifer Billott; two great-grandchildren:  Annabella Alleno and Karsyn Magee; four sisters:  Marion Chiro, Marie Bertiect, Joyce Hargrave, and Geraldine Ehrhard; and one brother, Ozmina Arceneaux.

Mr. Alleno attended Holy Family Catholic Church in Franklinton.  He was a retired welder and enjoyed playing music, being outdoors and working in the yard, gardening, and caring of the animals and his family.

Survivors include children Bonnie Duncan, Byran Alleno, Sr., and Balinda Alleno; sisters:Annette Movant and Barbara Lanassa; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Visitation will be at Capps Funeral Home on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 12 Noon until service time there at 2 P.M.
