Funeral services for Fleetea Rushing Bracey of Tylertown, will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 22, 2019 at Salem Baptist Church. Burial will be at Boyd Cemetery.

She was born May 7, 1922 in Tylertown, Mississippi. She left this world on July 19,2019 at age 97. She was preceded in death by her parents; Fleet and Bessie Rushing, her daughter; Dorothy Jeanette Bracey, along with four brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by daughters; Betty Sue(Jerome) Smith of Texarkana, TX, Molly Jean (J.M.) Whittington of Tylertown; daughter in heart Jean Stewart; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, and many close nieces and nephews.

She loved our Lord, was a member of Salem Baptist Church most of her life and belonged to Tylertown United Methodist Church at the time of her passing. She did farm, factory, country store and elderly sitting jobs throughout her life. In her retirement she enjoyed cards, dominoes, and travel with friends and family.
