Gary Brock

November 29, 1951 – June 18, 2023

Herman Gary Brock, 71 of Tylertown, Mississippi passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023 at his residence. He was born Thursday, November 29, 1951 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Hermon and Ruby Lee Brock. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his daughter Melissa Brock.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Centerville Baptist Church (Lexie) in Tylertown, Missisippi. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 5:00 PM at Centerville Baptist Church (Lexie) in Tylertown, Missisippi. Burial will follow at Brock Family Cemetery.  Bro. Mike Anderson will officiate. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Gary was a member of Centerville Baptist Church (Lexie) where he loved the Lord and his church family. He loved fishing on the Bogue Chitto, 18 wheelers, hunting, farming, drag racing, taking care of his Monte Carlo, and riding his Harley. But most of all he loved his family and spending time with them. Mr. Gary never met a stranger and enjoyed talking with his friends and family.

Survivors include his wife Johnette Hay Brock;  daughters Denice Gautreau (Bubby), Kayla Copeland (Chase); son in law Tony Smith; grandchildren Wyatt Gautreau, Colston Copeland, Cayson Copeland, Ayden Gautreau, Callie Brock, Ashton Smith, Aubrey Smith and Eli Copeland;  brothers Keith  Brock (Donna) and Mark Brock (Sheila);  sister Beth Nicholson (Sonny Gonzales);  nephews Tyler Nicholson (Haley Line) Justin Brock (Rebecca), John Mark Davis, and Nathaneal Davis;  nieces Misty Pignato (Jonathan), Wanda Russell (Josh) Jade Morris (Andy), Renee Verges (Adam), and Melaniel Voll (David); great nephews Jackson Morris, Mason Brock, Camren Russell, and LoganVerges; great nieces Anna Morris, Ava Fuerst, Shelby Russell, Reagan Pignato, Rory Kate Pignato, Moganne Davis, and Samantha Verges; along with a host of friends and family.

Special music will be performed by Wanda Russell .
