Helen Craft Alford, 78 of JAYESS, MS passed away Tuesday, February 01, 2022. She was born Wednesday, May 19, 1943 in Lincoln County, Mississippi.

A graveside service will be held at Sartinville Cemetery in Jayess, Mississippi on Friday, February 04,2022 at 9:00 AM with Bro. Buddy Day officiating. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Miss Helen as she was known at Billdora, loved making wreaths. She made and sold many wreaths to help the activity group raise money to adopt a needy family at Christmas. She knew and loved every resident and staff member at Billdora. Billdora was her home.

We give special thanks to the Compassus Hospice for their care of mom in her last days. We don't have words to express our thanks to every staff member and resident at Billdora Senior Care. We appreciate the kindness and love you gave to our mom. We are forever grateful.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lanie Williamson; mother, Eliza Ballard Williamson; husband Gene Craft; brother, L.J. Williamson; sisters, Pearl Montgomery and Betty Brock; son-in-law, Clay Herring.

Survivors include her son, Mike Craft (Lisa); daughters Renea Herring (Bo) and Becky Cochran (Charles); 10 grandchildren; 16 great- grandchildren, and a host of loving family.

Pallbearers will be Randy Craft, Bryan Rials, James Jenkins, Ben Reid, Tyler Greer, and Jeff Alexander.

Honorary pallbearers will be Elijah Jenkins, Cliff Jenkins, Mike Jenkins, Dale Morgan, Brad Rimes, and Joe Jenkins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Billdora Senior Care Activity Fund.
