Isaac Justin Ratliff, 69, of Magnolia, MS passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026. He was born in Tylertown, MS on December 10, 1956, to the late Isaac Jacob Ratliff and Perlin Bowman Ratliff. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by wife, Darlene Ratliff; and brother, Richard Ratliff.

He is survived by his sisters, Sandra Harkeroad (Jerry) and Angela Tucker (Dale); stepson Clifton Walters and Lily Walters; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Mr. Justin was an avid fisherman and enjoyed reading a good Western book.
