Funeral services for Mr. James Larry Huhn, 69, will be held at 10:00 A. M. on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from the chapel of Capps Funeral Home with the Revs. Shane Freeman and Thomas Wicker officiating. Burial will be held in the Tylertown Cemetery.

Mr. Huhn passed away at his residence in Tylertown on Saturday, August 25, 2018.  He was born October 13 1948 Walthall County, Mississippi, to the late Roy and Juanita Mulford Huhn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law Chris Graves.

James Larry served four years in the U. S. Army Military Police.   He worked with the Tylertown Police Department for twenty years and the Walthall County Sheriff's Department for twenty years. Mr. Huhn enjoyed playing the guitar and was a faithful customer at the Frog Pond.

Survivors include his wife Brenda Brock Huhn; sons James Kyle (Natasha) Huhn, Kevin Ray Huhn, and Kenneth Roy Huhn; grandchildren Seth Robert Huhn, Brooklyn Victoria Huhn, Justin Twain Huhn; brothers Roy Jene (Drexel) Huhn, Everette Earl (Nelda) Huhn, and Van Huhn; sister Linda Fay Huhn Graves; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Craig Huhn, Shawn Huhn, Harold Huhn, Josh Huhn, Alex Brumfield, and Charles Brock.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Kyle Breland, Michael Swanner, Jessie Reid, Rick Guy, Steve Robertson, and William Rushing.

Visitation will be held at Capps Funeral Home on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. until service time there at 10:00 A.M.
