Funeral services for Mrs. Teddie Jane Morris Jones, 81, of Sandy Hook, will be held at 3 P.M on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Carson Springs Baptist Church with Reverend Carl Dickens officiating.  Burial will be in the Carson Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Jones passed away at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on Saturday, June 30, 2018.  She was born February 6, 1937 in Foxworth, Mississippi to the late Theodore "Ted" Roosevelt and Ella Joy Varnado Morris.   In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Ray Jones

She was a member of Carson Springs Baptist Church and one of the founders of Jones Lumber Company.  Mrs. Jones was a loving mother and a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her son Brett (Lisa) Jones; daughter Debra (Birch) Bankston; grandchildren Jeremy (Kerry) Jones, Michael (Pam) Alford, Jonathan (Paula) Jones, Kristy Alford, and Josh (Danielle) Bankston; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and loving family members.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Boone, Don Thomas, Jimmy Lowery, Shelton Stogner, Gustavo Sanchez, and Steve Jones.

Visitation will be at Carson Springs Baptist Church on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 1:00 P. M. until service time there at 3:00 P.M.
