Funeral services for Janet Elizabeth Payne, 58, of Pineville, LA will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Hartman-Hughes Chapel with Brother Buddy Day officiating. Burial will be in the Tylertown Cemetery.

Ms. Payne passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA on Sunday, February 16, 2020. She was born October 4, 1961 in Tylertown, Mississippi to Donald Payne and the late Nancy Shell. She was also preceded in death by her brothers John Nelson Payne and Donald Wesley Payne.

Survivors include her father Donald Payne and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Chapel on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 12 noon until service time at 2:00 PM.
