Funeral services for Jesse Simmons, 80, of Ocala, FL will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Hartman-Hughes Chapel with Bro. John Talley officiating. Burial in the Rushing Cemetery.

Simmons passed away at Legacy House Hospice in Ocala, FL on Friday, October 18, 2019. He was born June 6, 1939 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Nell and Jessie Simmons.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years Deborah Simmons; daughter Megan Ressler; son Michael Ressler; brother John Simmons; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loving family.

Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Chapel on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 9:00 AM until service time at 10:00 AM.
