Joseph Eugene Terrell, 83 of Tylertown, MS passed away Sunday, October 27, 2024 at his residence. He was born Monday, July 7, 1941 in McComb, Mississippi to the late Edwin Eugene Terrell and Virginia Brumfield Terrell. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his brother, Claude Terrell; father-in-law, Sherman Rushing; and mother-in-law, Daisy Rushing.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia  Rushing  Terrell;  son, Jeff Terrell (Betty);  daughter, Kimberly Turner;  grandchildren, Taren Scott (Dennis), Derek Terrell, Josh Killingsworth, Hank Channell (Jessica), and Nicole Fulgham (Travis);  great grandchildren, Dakota Spivey, Lane Killingsworth (Rebecca), Cailynn Killingsworth, Lizzy Channell, Blain Rogers, Shelbi Channell, Aiden Killingsworth, Paisleigh Duncan, Addi Killingsworth, Fisher Channell, Brenlee Duncan, Asher Channell, and Piper Channell: great great grandchild, Ryleigh Killingsworth; caregiver Charmin Johnston; along with a host of loving family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 07, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Mesa Baptist Church,12Mesa Walkers Bridge Rd, Tylertown, MS 39667. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
