Judy Ann Cothern, 75 of Jayess, MS passed away Friday, February 2, 2024 at her residence. She was born Monday, October 18, 1948 in Tylertown, MS.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cothern Cemetery. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Cothern used her great work ethic for many years at Monticello Forest Products until her retirement. She loved spoiling her grandchildren and spending time outdoors. She will be missed by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Donnie Cothern; daughter Cynthia Cothern Stiglet; father Tommy Gordan Jordan; mother Mildred Jean Pittman Jordan; and sister Deborah Hill Holmes.

Survivors include her son Dana Cothern; grandchildren, Ashleigh (Andrew) Reid and Dustin Cothern; great grandchildren Trenten O`Quinn, Hadley Cothern, Summer Reid, and Evie Reid; sister Sharon Kratzer; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.
