Katherine Janis Craft, 84 of Tylertown, MS passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the UMC of New Orleans, LA. She was born Sunday, July 30, 1939 in Tylertown, MS.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM until funeral service at 12 noon at Church on Beulah, 902 Beulah Ave. Tylertown, MS. Burial will follow in the Tylertown Cemetery II. Rev. Bobby Thornhill will officiate. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Craft was a member of the Church on Beulah. She worked as the bookkeeper for Walthall County School District for many years. Mrs. Janis enjoyed playing cards with friends, watching tennis, and football games on tv.

She was preceded in death by her husband Edd "Bill" Craft; father Cloy Packwood Sr.; mother Ida Morris Packwood; brothers Dudley Packwood, Grady Packwood, and Cloy Packwood, Jr.; sister Bonnie Packwood; and great - granddaughter Rylan Boyd.

Survivors include her daughters Donna Dianne Brock (Keith) and Tracie Dee Andrews (Danny); grandchildren Cory Alexander, Ryan Boyd, Jana Niknejad (Nader) and Bailey Andrews; great -grandchildren Ryder Boyd, Kipp Boyd, Danni Lynn Kennedy, Remi Niknejad and Cozi Niknejad; sister Audree Higgins; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.

Pallbearers will be Cory Alexander, Ryan Boyd, Ken Craft, Jim Craft, Chris Packwood, and Paul Larson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Andrews, Keith Brock, Frank Holmes, Denny Denman, Pat Higgins, and Bobby Lee.

Special music will be performed by Wanda Russell.
