Kathy Faye Payne, 56, of Tylertown, MS passed away at her residence on Sunday, November 10, 2019. She was born April 8, 1963 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Onaita and John Cothern. She is also preceded in death by her husband Wayne Payne. Ms. Payne was an avid member of ASPCA.

Survivors include her sons Casey Payne, Cody Payne and Cole Payne; grandson Harley Payne; and granddaughter Kylin Payne.
