Kenneth Michael Lomax was born November 9, 1957 in Baton Rouge, LA to Delores Moak and Frank Lomax. He passed away March 7. 2024 in the company of Betty Lomax in Monticello.

He held many positions in life, but his favorite pastime was spending time and working with his lifetime friend Michael 'Mickey' Maier from McComb.

His is preceded in death by his mother, father, step-father, Edward Moak, brothers Jimmy and Dennis Lomax, one sister Vicky Basham, and brother-in-law Darrell Smith.

He is survived by a brother, Bill Moak, and two sisters Carolyn Smith and Norma Hyde and partner Barry McDaniel of McComb. He also leaves a son Kenneth Mason Lomax and previous wife Mary C. Lomax both of McComb, four nieces Chelsea Moak of Wesson, Tessa Williams, Jessica Greer, and Mickey Young all of Baton Rouge three nephews Harley Moak of Wesson, Keith Hyde and Branson Hyde of McComb and many others in the Wesson area.

His memory will be cherished by all who knew him and missed greatly by everyone.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
