Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Toney, 86, will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Capps Funeral Home with the Reverend Hong Yoo officiating. Burial will be in the Tylertown Cemetery.

Mrs. Toney passed away at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg on Tuesday, December 26, 2017. She was born September 24, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her parents Rev. Harry C. and Solon Lovell Mann; husband Hilton Toney; and brother Harry C. Mann, Jr.

She was a member of Tylertown United Methodist Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed working in the yard, gardening, and spoiling her companion, Bella. Mrs. Lucille was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family.


Survivors include son Ronnie H. Toney and wife Rhonda; daughters Cindy Martin and companion Dave, and Zann Vice and husband David.; sister-in-law Mary Toney; grandchildren Eric (Elizabeth) Toney, Tara (Kent) Hoaglin, Ashley (Blake) Tabor, Brandon Vice and friend Mandee, Jason (Debbie) Martin, and Jaime Odom; great-grandchildren Braxton and Brynlee Hoaglin, Christian, Loren, Dallas, and Kennedy Tabor, Michael and Marisa Martin, Caleb Skelton, Jade and Madyson Chapman; and great-great-grandchildren Jackson Pilon and Jace Martin.

Pallbearers will be Jason Martin, Eric Toney, Brandon Vice, Blake Tabor, Kent Hoaglin, Michael Martin, Caleb Skelton, and Kyle Huhn.


Visitation will be at Capps Funeral Home on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 9:30 A.M. until service time there at 11:30 A.M.
