Mrs. Pevey passed away at Billdora Senior Care Center in Tylertown, Mississippi on Friday, September 18, 2020. She was born September 20, 1935 in Jackson, Mississippi . She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Billy G Pevey Sr..

She was a member of Tylertown Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her Sunday School Class and with her friends as they would go out to eat, play cards and just fellowship together.

Survivors include her son Billy Gene (Sherry) Pevey Jr.; daughter Susan Pevey (Kyzar) Alford; grandchildren Kasey (Jonathan) Blankenship, Kelli Gledhill, Brandon Alford, Jessica (Jimmy) Jones, and Jason (Lisa) Pevey; great-grandchildren Brianna Adams, Jackson Gledhill, and Lily Gledhill; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.
