Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Louise Sanford McKenzie, 78, will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from the Episcopal Church of the Mediator in McComb with The Reverend Victor McInnis and David Bryant officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Tylertown, Mississippi.

Mrs. McKenzie passed away at the Countrybrook Living Center in Brookhaven, Mississippi on Saturday, April 7, 2018. She was born July 10, 1939 in Walthall County, Mississippi. She is preceded in death by her parents and several brothers.

She was a retired seamstress from the Kellwood Company and a member of the New Heights Baptist Church in Summit.



Mrs. McKenzie is survived by her husband Elmo Glynn McKenzie; son Tommy (Rachel) McKenzie; daughters Branda (Jerry) Alford, Sue (David) Bryant, and Cindy (Tim) Luby; a special adopted sister Hilda Hall; and grandchildren Jarrod (Shannon) Alford, Jake Alford, Kris (Luke) Vincent, John (Elisa) Bryant, Andrew Bryant, Jennifer (Larry) McKay, Josh Luby, Elliot (Mallory) McKenzie, Truett McKenzie, Jack McKenzie, and Kate McKenzie.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons Jarrod Alford, Jake Alford, John Bryant, Andrew Bryant, Josh Luby, Elliot McKenzie, Truett McKenzie, and Jack McKenzie.

Honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters Kris Vincent, Jennifer McKay, and Kate McKenzie.


Visitation will be at the Episcopal Church of the Mediator on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 10A.M. until service time there at 11 A.M.
