Nancy Jasmine Zelaya, 35 of Tylertown, MS passed away Friday, October 6, 2023. She was born Friday, January 15, 1988 in Visalia, California.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home, 412 Beulah Ave., Tylertown, MS 39667. Visitation will also be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 2:00 PM until funeral service at 4:00 PM at  Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Tylertown Cemetery II in Tylertown, MS.  Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Nancy was a devoted mother and was always there for her family. She enjoyed reading, being outdoors at the creek with her daughter, and watching her son play football. The memories she made with her family will be cherished forever.

Survivors include her son Sean Bass; daughter Natalie Bass; father Jesus Gonzalez; mother Rosa Zelaya; sisters Cindy Zelaya (Patrick), Jessica Gonzalez, and Rosa Gonzalez (Oscar); nephews Kobe McKelphin, Elias Trejo, and Lucas Trejo; nieces, Sophia Fisher, Avery Gonzalez, Kamilla McKelphin, Lillina Trejo and Isabel Trejo; boyfriend, Recko McElveen; along with a host of loving family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Sean Bass, Jesus Gonzalez, Recko McElveen, Oscar Trejo, Patrick McKelphin, and Juan Macis.
