Obituary

Narges Balouch, 56, died at home on August 5, 2022. She was born September 16, 1965 in Tehran, Iran, to Tamor Balouch and Mariam Afshari.

She attended Southwest Community College where she met the love of her life. She and Jamie enjoyed thirty-one wonderful years together. They attended USM together, where Narges earned her BS in Biology. They were blessed with one son, Chayann Lambert (Kinsley).

Narges worked in several venues; however, she was happiest when working at home being a housewife and mother. She loved her family and enjoyed her years of being at home watching their son grow up. Narges enjoyed family visits, especially from great nieces and nephews.

Narges enjoyed sewing. She designed blouses, pants, and other items, making them without a pattern. She loved flowers, painting, and traveling.

Narges was a loving and giving lady. She was quick to lead a helping hand and nurture those who were ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Shirin. Narges is survived by her husband, Jamie Lambert and son Chayann Lambert (Kinsley) of Hattiesburg; brothers Reza Balouch of Italy and Abbas Balouch of California; sisters Gashi Balouch (Behroua) of Iran, Manijhi Balouch (Atta Rahimi) of Hattiesburg, and Nousi Balouch (Abdi Tahbaz) of Italy. Gill (Wes), Asal Rahimi (Hamed), Roya, Bita, Anis, Guia, Asti, and Shelby.

Narges' great nieces and nephews gave her so much joy. Keyan, Samar, Adrian, Quinn, Emma, Charlotte, and Stella loved Narges, She loved them and enjoyed playing games and cooking their favorite foods. She has been a blessing to all who were privileged to know her.
