Randy McKenzie

Funeral services for Randy McKenzie , 68, of Tylertown, MS will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Capps Chapel with Bro.Duane McKenzie officiating. Burial in the Boyd Cemetery - Salem.

Mr. McKenzie passed away at his residence in Tylertown, Mississippi on Friday, October 23, 2020. He was born July 20, 1952 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Willie and Herman McKenzie. He was also preceded in death by his brother Herman Junior McKenzie and sister Willie Nell Blair.

Mr. McKenzie was a member of Salem Baptist Church. He was a loving father, grandfather, husband and good friend. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, tinkering around in his shop, collecting antiques and trying to get things working again, working in the garden, taking care of the chickens, living the farmers life and being outside; he also enjoyed cooking visiting with friends and family, having bonfires, just being around people and helping them out. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.

Survivors includehis wife of 15 years Linda Ann McKenzie; son Dustin McKenzie; daughter Jennifer McKenzie; stepsons Jason (Susan) Parham and Jeremy (Casey) Parham; stepdaughter Amy (Jason) Bourgeois; 1 grandchild; 10 step grandchildren; brother Odell McKenzie; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loving family.

Pallbearers are Nelson McKenzie, Mike McKenzie, Ethan Martin, Matthew McKenzie, Gary Stewart, and  David McDaniel.

Honorary pallbearers are Kriss Dunaway, Albert Lowery, and Todd Duncan.

Visitation will be at Capps Chapel on Sunday, October 25, 2020 from 9:30 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
