R ex Webb, 92 of Tylertown, MS passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022. He was born Friday, January 24, 1930 in Walthall County, Mississippi.

A private graveside service was held at Hollywood Cemetery in McComb, Mississippi on June 23, 2022. Hartman Hughes Capps Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Rex led a varied life, working as an electrical engineer most of the time and moving to various states. He even worked as a tool pusher on the oil rigs off the Gulf Coast for a few years. He enjoyed learning and tinkering with cars, guns, and electronics. Rex loved hunting and fishing- a legacy of his younger years growing up in the country. After retiring early, he spent the rest of his life where he started – in Tylertown and McComb.

He was preceded in death by his son Rick Webb; father Luther Webb; mother Bess Martin Webb; brothers Norman Webb and JL Webb; and grandson Michael Ryan Winter.

Survivors include his daughter Trudi Winter; and cousin Nelda Breeland .
