A memorial service for Rickie David Dufrene, Sr., 67, of Tylertown, MS will be announced and held on a later date.

Mr. Dufrene passed away at his residence on Friday, March 20, 2020. He was born November 1, 1952 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Myrtle and Eroil Dufrene, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his bothers Gary Dufrene, Wayne Dufrene, Bryan Dufrene, and Eugene Dufrene; and step-father Tilden Perez.

Mr. Rickie was hard working, a jack of all trades, ruff, and tuff, but had a heart of gold. He loved his family and his dog.

Survivors include children Heather (Bobby) Lewis and Rickie (Alexis) David Dufrene Jr.; grandchildren Bradley Baughman, David Dufrene, and Victoria Dufrene; siblings Eroil Dufrene,Jr, Maria (Willie) Chauvin, Kathy Dufrene, Barbara Dufrene, Eldon (Jeanette) Dufrene, and Kenneth (Terry) Dufrene; longtime companion Irene Roberts; step-daughter Katie Roberts; and a host of friends and loving family.
