Memorial services for Robert Lloyd Bowers, Sr., 54, of Tylertown, MS will be held at Hartman Hughes Funeral Home on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.

Mr. Bowers passed away at his residence on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. He was born August 18, 1967 in Algiers, Louisiana to the late Betty and Andrew Bowers. Along with his parents his is also proceeded in death by his wife Christine Bowers.

Mr. Bowers was the Chief of Lexie Fire Department in Tylertown, Mississippi for 20 years. He always made sure everyone he knew was taken care of and kept them laughing. Bobby enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. He will be missed.

Survivors include his children Amy (Michael) Rester, Robert "B. J." Bowers, Jr., and Ashley Landry; grandchildren Ares Rester, Ashlynn Landry, Brittlynn Landry, and Colston Landry; brother Andrew Bowers.
