Graveside services for Mr. Sandy K. Mangum, 56, will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Tylertown Cemetery. The Reverend Michael Knippers will officiate. Mr. Mangum, a resident of Tylertown, died at the Asbury Hospice in Hattiesburg on Sunday, March 4, 2018.
He was born August 3, 1961 in Tylertown, the son of the late Claude Mangum and Carolyn Crawford Mangum of Tylertown who survives. In addition to his mother, Mr. Mangum is survived by one sister, Kristi (Wayne) Herring; an aunt, Patsy (Mike) Malouf and their children, Trey Johnson and Heather Bailey. One niece, Katie Edwards.
Mr. Mangum was a truck driver for a logging company. He was a member of Tylertown Baptist Church and enjoyed working in his yard and gardening. He was also an avid Saints fan.
Pallbearers will be: Wayne Herring, Trey Johnson, Larry Hill, Bill Bridges, and Alan Crawford.
No visitation is planned.
