Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Kennedy, 54, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Dexter Pentecostal Church with Reverend Jerry Terrell officiating. Burial will be in the Carson Springs Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Kennedy, a resident of Tylertown, passed away at Walthall General Hospital in Tylertown, Mississippi on Saturday, November 25, 2017. She was born September 22, 1963 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Claiborne and Thelma Louise Brumfield Netto.

She was a member of Dexter Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Kennedy loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, going to church, and reading her Bible.

Survivors include her son Cody Vince and wife Courtney; daughter Kayla Peterson and husband Clinton; grandchildren C J Peterson, Gracey Peterson, Colby Vince, Tanner Vince, and Olivia Faith Vince; sister Donna Duncan; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Trent Brumfield, Joel Brumfield, Jamie Crain, Clark Blackwell, Jarrod Graham, Michael Sartin.

Honorary pallbearers will be C J Peterson, and John Barber.

Visitation will be at Dexter Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 5 – 8 P.M. and on Wednesday, from 12 Noon until service time there at 1 P.M.
