Stanley J. O'Bryant

Funeral services for Stanley J. O'Bryant, 72, of Tylertown, will be held at Hartman-Hughes Chapel at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 27, 2019 with Bro. Patrick Magee officiating. Burial will be at Duncan Family Cemetery in Lexie, MS.

Mr. O'Bryant passed away at his residence on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. He was born September 10, 1947 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Virgie and Jasper O'Bryant. He is also preceded in death by his daughter Chasity O'Bryant and a brother. Robert O'Bryant.

Mr. O'Bryant was a licensed auctioneer for the state of Mississippi and enjoyed driving an 18-wheeler. He also loved fishing, hunting, running his Beagles, camping and going to the mountains.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years Perry Brumfield O'Bryant , his son Chris O'Bryant , a granddaughter Stephanie O'Bryant ,a daughter-in-law Shanda Thomas, and sisters-in-law: Liz O'Bryant and Charolette Taylor.  Also, a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family.

Pallbearers are:  Brian O'Bryant, Richard Robertson, Joe Brumfield, Jason Torres, Yancey O'Bryant and Corey Barber.

Honorary pallbearers are:  Nick Thomas, Mickey Thomas, Richard Stogner, John Barber, Richard Brumfield, Arlie O'Bryant, A.J. O'Bryant, Austin O'Bryant, Andrew LeFort, and Leland O'Bryant.

Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
