Timothy Louis Mallette, 66 of Tylertown, MS passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022 at his residence. He was born Sunday, October 23, 1955 in Biloxi, MS.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Union Baptist Church at 345 MS-27 North, Tylertown, MS and on Tuesday, October 04, 2022 from 10:00 AM until service at 11:00 AM at Union Baptist Church.  Reverend Buddy Day will officiate. Capps Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Growing up Tim was known as "Bootsie" by all his family and friends. He was proud to be a Navy veteran. Tim enjoyed going to the beach, riding motorcycles, and flying helicopters. Working on the farm with his son, Jason, was another favorite pastime. His greatest blessing in life was spending time with his grandchildren and family.

He was preceded in death by his father Curtis Mallette; mother Annie Pearl Simmons Mallette; and brother Rickey Mallette.

Survivors include his son Jason Mallette (Angela); daughter Allison Wood (Daniel); granddaughters Leah Kate Mallette, Madison Olivia Mallette, Kayley Alexis Wood, and Kynsley Adyson Wood; companion Dena Beard; daughter of the heart Angel McBeth; brother Glenn Mallette; sister Sherry Remington; along with a host of friends and loving family.

Pallbearers will be Jason Mallette, Thad Harvey, Kenny Purvis, Walt Tiblier, Curtis Mallette, Keith Wattigney, Brad Baughman, and Christopher Bracey.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Tylertown Masonic Lodge 392.
