Twanda “Wanda” Gail Bracey, 63, passed away June 21, 2026. She was born July 14, 1962, in McComb, MS to Jimmy Rex Bracey and Joyce Bracey. Wanda began her career as a respiratory therapist at Marion General Hospital and later transferred to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center until her retirement.

Left to cherish Wanda’s memory are mother, Joyce Bracey; brother, Larry Bracey (Cindy); niece, Kristin Price (Tristan); nephews, Josh Bracey (Elizabeth) and Jacob Bracey (Maribeth); great-nieces and great-nephews, Paxton Addler, Tripp, Ava Harper, Kayte, Madelyn, Kyland, and Mary Marlowe. Miss Wanda is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Rex Bracey.

The Bracey family would like to thank the staff at The Myrtles Nursing Center and Compassus Hospice.

A graveside service will be held at Tylertown Cemetery II on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Hartman Hughes Capps Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
