Funeral services for Wilda Jean Branch, 88, of Tylertown, MS will be held at 7:00 PM on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home with Brother James Thornhill and Brother Tommy Hudnall officiating.

Mrs. Branch passed away at her residence in Tylertown, MS on Saturday, October 5, 2019. She was born November 19, 1930 in Bogalusa, Louisiana to the late Margaret Kennedy and Walter Thomas. She is also preceded in death by her husband Lavelle Branch; daughter Joan Branch; brother Fred Thomas; and sister Georgia Hughes.

Mrs. Wilda was a longtime member of Centerville Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by 3 daughters Sherron (Bobby) Holloway, Delores Johnston, and Jill Thorn; son Donnie (Jelaine) Branch; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 3 step grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home on Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 5:00 PM until service time at 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Branch and her family request donations to St. Jude Hospital, Samatarian Purse, or a charity of your choice.
