Funeral Services for Mr. William "Bill" Fulgham, 69, will be held at 2 P. M. on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Capps Funeral Home with Bro. Burnett Carraway officiating. Burial will be in the Boyd Cemetery in Salem.
Mr. Fulgham passed away at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb, Mississippi on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. He was born October 15, 1948 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Wilmer William and Mildred Louise "Babe" Rushing Fulgham Sorrell. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by an infant brother Jim Fulgham.
He was of the Baptist Faith and retired from MDOT where he had been an Equipment Operator for over 23 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and visiting with friends and family.
Survivors include his son William "Richie" Fulgham and wife Onetta; aunt and uncle Alice and James Rushing; four step-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-grandchild; several nephews and nieces; and a very special friend and his wife Frank and Joyce Clark.
Pallbearers will be Elbert Rushing, Neal Ward, Cody Ward, Gary Stewart, Kent Boyd, and Jeff McKenzie.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Frank Clark, Neal Bass, Gary Hodges, David Earl Westbrook, Jerry Whittington, and Randy McKenzie.
Visitation will be at Capps Funeral Home on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 10 A.M. until service time there at 2 P.M.
