Winnie David Landry

Winifred David Landry known to all as Winnie Landry, 94 of Tylertown, MS passed away Monday, November 13, 2023 in McComb, MS. She was born Thursday, January 17, 1929 in Labadieville, LA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 682 Union Road, Tylertown, MS. Burial will follow in Tylertown Cemetery II in Tylertown, MS. Father Alwin Samy will officiate. Capps Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Winnie was a native of Assumption Parish in Louisiana and ended up retiring in Tylertown with her husband. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and she enjoyed working in her flower garden, swimming, reading, going to the beach or the mountains

She was preceded in death by her husband Edward J Landry; father Eno David; mother Essie  Blanchard David;  brothers Louis David and Wilson David;  son-in-law Jay Nicosia.

Survivors include her daughters Cheryl L Moak (Terry), Becky L Nicosia and Trudy L Crawford (Stacey);  grandchildren Paul Moak, Jason Cuccia (Beth), Joey Cuccia (Kristyn), Johnny Nicosia (Victoria), Cameron Crawford and Caroline C Crawford; and 6 great-grandchildren.
